Description of the programme/policy
This law regulates the system of scientific research activity and technological development in the Republic of Srpska (hereinafter: the Republic), determines the goals and principles, planning and implementation of general interest in scientific research activity and technological development, the conditions for the establishment and operation of organisations that perform these activities, acquisition scientific and research professions, the method of financing programmes of general interest, as well as other issues of importance for conducting scientific research and technological development.

The Law is quite important for our Anchor activity since it provides the regional level official government regulations relevant to scientific research and technological development, as well as it lays the grounds for strategic actions
