The “Project Management and Business Development” programme is a postgraduate study programme offered by the Faculty of Business at the Adriatic University in Montenegro. It is designed for individuals who wish to develop their skills in project management and business development, and covers topics such as project planning, financial management, risk management, and business strategy.
