Description of the programme/policy
Amplitudo Academy lasts for three months and consists of lectures, workshops, and practical exercises that students must complete in order to gain necessary knowledge and skills. Additionally, students have the opportunity to work on projects within the Amplitudo company, where they can apply their newly acquired knowledge and experience.
Main objective of the programme/policy
The goal of the Amplitudo Academy is to provide young people with quality education and skills to work in the IT industry, which is one of the fastest-growing industries in Montenegro and beyond. Additionally, the programme is designed to provide participants with an opportunity to gain practical experience and connect with other professionals in the industry, which can be of great benefit to their career.
Specific objective of the programme/policy
Provide specialised training for certain areas of the IT industry such as software development, web design, digital marketing, and similar fields.
Equip students with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience necessary for independent work in the IT industry.
Connect students with professionals in the industry and provide opportunities for networking and establishing contacts that can be beneficial to their career.
Develop critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills in students, which are essential skills for working in the IT industry.
