  WBSI is undertaking research on innovative practices related to sport and health, developing research papers, such as on "Spotlight on Aging: Anthropological factors impacting Physiology, Prevention and Management of Aging conditions” and other topics

  the aim of the organisation is to build links between sports and related disciplines, industry and knowledge organisations in the field of innovation, through creating business opportunities for its members, coordination and management of preparation and implementation of investment, research and development, organisational and IT projects, and through identifying opportunities for innovations that will meet the health, social, environmental and market needs of natural and legal entities living and working in the Western Balkans.
