  ReSPA empowers public servants within ministries responsible for public administration and Centre of Government institutions by providing them with critical insights, knowledge, tools and connections needed to establish efficient services to the benefit of citizens and business. It also facilitate exchange among government representatives through various capacity development events during which they have an opportunity to share knowledge, learn from best case examples and get in touch with the most credible experts. Through workshops, conferences, seasonal schools, mobility schemes, study visits, peer-to-peer learning and in-country support they boost their knowledge and skill-assets essential not only from the perspective of their career but from the perspective of public administration service improvement.
