Epoka University was established in order to contribute to the development of society, to science and knowledge and work done in this field. Creating a contemporary scientific infrastructure will contribute to the development of human resources in the scientific and social sciences by offering contemporary education opportunities according to the needs of the country and of the world.

Epoka is a private University in Albania. The university is a signatory of Magna Charta Universitatum and a member of the UNESCO based worldwide association of International Association of Universities. Epoka University has three faculties, the Faculty of Architecture and Engineering, the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, eight academic departments, and three research centres:
