E-signature in Action in BiH – Progress in the Implementation of Electronic Identification in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Eighteen years since the Electronic Signature Law was published, IDDEEA BiH has acquired the capabilities and implemented digital signature, and made it available for use to the citizens of BiH in all areas of business. This innovation strengthens the legal framework related to the use of electronic signatures and provides a clearer framework for the implementation of this technology in practice.
