The BLUE MED project aims to improve our knowledge and understanding of the biodiversity and ecosystem services of the Mediterranean Sea and its coasts, as well as to develop innovative and sustainable solutions for their conservation and sustainable use. The project involves a wide range of stakeholders, including research institutions, NGOs, industry, and policymakers, and uses an integrated approach to address the complex challenges facing the Mediterranean region.
