Coordination and Support Action (CSA)

Coordination and Support Action is a project type in the Framework Programme covering service projects to coordinate or support research activities and policies (networking, exchanges, trans-national access to research infrastructures, studies, conferences, etc.). These actions may also be implemented by means other than calls for proposals, they can vary from very small projects (implemented only by one single organisation) to very large projects.

For example, POLICY ANSWERS, the project implementing the Western Balkans Info Hub, is a Coordination and Support Action funded under the Widening programme of Horizon Europe.
