Two Calls for Tenders in the Field of Evaluation Launched by the Council of Europe

The Council of Europe Directorate of Internal Oversight – Evaluation Division is launching two calls form tenders related to services in the field of evaluation. The two procedures aim at constituting two separate pools to satisfy the various needs of the Organisation for evaluation related consultancy services.
