The SeaClear2.0 project (Horizon Euorpe) is seeking to collaborate with five Associated Regions in the Atlantic + Arctic, Baltic, Mediterranean, and Danube/Black Sea basins.
SeaClear2.0 is dedicated to addressing the pressing issue of marine litter, with a particular focus on the Mediterranean region. The project aims to combat the significant accumulation of plastic waste on the seafloor and reduce marine litter pollution overall. By implementing innovative technologies and community engagement strategies, SeaClear2.0 aligns with the EU’s objectives to restore ocean health by 2030.
Associated Regions (ARs) are encouraged to participate in the SeaClear2.0 project, bringing their expertise and resources to the table. Through collaboration, ARs have the opportunity to receive financial support (up to 100,000 euro) and contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions.
