In the context of its implementation of bilateral development cooperation programmes and projects on behalf of the Luxembourg Government, LuxDev, the Luxembourg Development Cooperation Agency has been mandated by the Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign Affairs to implement the projects in partnership with Kosovo* Government. The projects are funded by the Government of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo
