The competition for co-financing joint scientific research projects between Montenegro and China, implemented in mutually beneficial research areas, aims to facilitate reciprocal visits between researchers from both countries as they collaborate on joint research initiatives.
The Montenegrin side will provide a maximum of €14,000 per project, or up to €7,000 per research year, to cover costs related to the exchange of researchers.
Eligible applicants include scientific research institutions that meet the conditions outlined in the Law on Scientific Research Activities and hold a licence to conduct scientific research, issued by the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation of Montenegro.
The deadline for submitting project proposals is 12:00 p.m. on 30 September 2024.
The application form, along with the required documentation, must be submitted both in printed form (one copy) and electronically. Printed submissions should be delivered to the archives of the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation (Rimski trg bb, 81000 Podgorica), while electronic submissions should be sent to the following email addresses: ivana.lagator@mpni.gov.me and lidija.vukcevic@mpni.gov.me.
