Albanian Investment Corporation, representing the Republic of Albania, invites expressions of interest for the management and administration of the forthcoming technology and science park, “Durana Tech Park.” This park, designated by the Council of Ministers, aims to foster innovation and economic growth in Albania. With an expansive area and state-of-the-art infrastructure, the park is set to become a hub for technology companies, startups, universities, and research centers.
The “Durana Tech Park” will be located in Xhafzotaj, Municipality of Durrës, Albania.
The selection process for the park’s manager/administrator will be conducted through a competitive procedure with negotiation, ensuring transparency and fairness. Interested parties can participate in two phases: qualification and selection/negotiation. Successful candidates will join a supportive ecosystem offering access to advanced technology, funding, and networking opportunities.
